A healthy dip ready in less then 5 minutes

My fabulous Pink Hummus



Instead of buying a dip full of preservatives, additives, numbers and nasty stuff you can make this quick and easy .


Ingredients :
1 large cooked beetroot
1 can of organic chickpea ( or even better home made cooked chickpeas )
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tbs of tahine
pink salt or Himalayan salt

Blend it all together .

You might want to add a little bit of water if it is too thick.


Eat with salads, sandwiches , healthy bowls or snack with carrots, cucumber, celery sticks .
