YOGA
Hatha Yoga comprises asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Yoga offers many benefits for the body, mind and spirit.

PILATES
Pilates increases muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. As a result, you are improving posture, and flexibility, balancing muscular strength on both sides of your body and releasing stress and muscle tension.

HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training is 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, which burns more body fat in less time.

STRENGTH
A full body workout utilising weights and your body weight to build lean muscle, tone, definition, and increase bone density. This class combines compound strength training with conditioning exercises for all fitness levels.
​
CIRCUIT
A full-body workout mixing Strength, Cardio and mobility. All Fitness levels are welcome.
